Role Overview
The organization is seeking to fill two positions—an Analyst and an Associate—to join their expanding Sydney team. Both roles involve working closely with a supportive group of senior bankers in a collaborative environment featuring early client exposure. The responsibilities encompass supporting transactions through their entire lifecycle with hands-on involvement in due diligence, financial modeling, valuation tasks, client engagement, and execution of deals across diverse sectors.
Candidate Profile
- Analyst candidates should have 2 to 3 years of experience in M&A or corporate finance gained at investment banks, corporate advisory firms, or Big 4 Chartered Accounting firms.
- Associate candidates need 3 to 5 years of M&A experience from either investment banking or prominent corporate advisory firms.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and in-depth financial analysis.
- High standards of integrity and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent skills in communication and interpersonal relations.
- A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is required.
