About the Role
An expanding renewable energy investment platform is seeking an Investment Associate to aid in acquisitions and development-stage investments across European infrastructure technologies. This position provides comprehensive exposure to the entire investment lifecycle, including deal origination, financial modeling, due diligence, transaction implementation, and project financing, collaborating closely with senior investment professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess renewable energy investment prospects
- Develop and analyze acquisition and valuation financial models
- Contribute to commercial, technical, and legal due diligence processes
- Assist in executing transactions such as acquisitions, joint ventures, and financing arrangements
- Prepare investment presentations and documentation for internal committees
Requirements
- Over three years of professional experience in investment banking, Big 4 advisory (Deals/Valuations), or renewable energy project development
- Proven expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques
- Experience handling transactions within infrastructure or energy sectors
- A degree in finance, engineering, or a related field
