Job Summary
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and driven Inventory Procurement Coordinator to become part of our Sales Department. This role reports directly to the VP of Sales and involves close collaboration with the Sales team to determine inventory requirements. The coordinator acts as a vital link between the Design and Production teams to gather and organize all essential information for factory order bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison among Sales, Design, and Production to gather all relevant product and manufacturing details.
- Create and update comprehensive Excel spreadsheets documenting style and design numbers, factory data, order quantities, costs, packaging info, and product imagery.
- Organize and prepare booking paperwork for submission to the Production Department for placing factory orders.
- Monitor and confirm approval statuses of licensed items via the internal company database.
- Guarantee that all data is input accurately and timely, maintaining thorough documentation.
- Facilitate ongoing communications to ensure smooth progress of projects through approval and production stages.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in production processes, preferably within hosiery manufacturing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong spreadsheet management capabilities.
- Exceptional data entry accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle various priorities efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a collaborative and team-focused approach.
- Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
