International Voice Process Executive - US Logistics | Mohali

About the Role

Amtrix Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking dynamic and confident professionals to strengthen its US Logistics team based in Mohali (Phase 8B). Ideal candidates will have expertise in international voice processes and excellent communication abilities. This is an onsite position requiring immediate joining where applicable.

Job Responsibilities

• Engage with US-based carriers and customers effectively through calls.
• Proactively generate business opportunities via outbound calling campaigns.
• Conduct price negotiations and successfully close business deals.
• Develop and sustain long-term relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operational flow.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales objectives.
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records within the CRM system.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills are essential.
• Experience ranging from 3 months to 2 years in international voice process or international sales is required.
• Strong abilities in persuasion and negotiation.
• Comfortable making over 100 outbound calls daily.
• Goal-oriented mindset focused on meeting sales targets.
• Ability to cultivate and nurture client relationships.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zone (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM).
• Freshers eligible only if they possess international voice process experience.
