Job Overview
The role involves supporting real estate investment activities by conducting market research, assisting in evaluating acquisition opportunities, and aiding in the preparation of internal documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on the real estate market to support investment decisions.
- Help analyze financial aspects of potential property acquisitions.
- Collaborate with senior team members to prepare internal approval memos and related documents.
Candidate Profile
- Highly motivated individuals eager to deepen knowledge in real estate investment.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to tasks.
- Basic knowledge of financial modeling and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Good academic record with minimum 2nd upper or Distinction GPA/CAP.
- Preferably academic background in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Real Estate; however, candidates from other disciplines or those considering a career shift are welcome.
