Role Overview
This internship supports business management and operational improvement efforts across client data, system documentation, testing, and cross-functional follow-up. The role is suited to someone who can stay organized, communicate well, and contribute effectively in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Help clean, update, and maintain client records so information stays accurate, consistent, and complete.
- Prepare process maps and SOP documentation for new tools, workflows, and operating procedures.
- Assist with testing, setup, and verification of new systems and operational workflows.
- Track follow-ups on projects and action items intended to improve the client experience.
Requirements
- Background exposure through coursework or prior experience in finance or technology is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, along with practical use of AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, and Python.
- Clear verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, with confidence speaking to front office colleagues.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and collaborative attitude.
- Ability to manage several initiatives at the same time.
- Comfort with planning work carefully and meeting deadlines reliably.
