About the Role
Swaroopa Ekbote's SHD Studio7 in JP Nagar 7th Phase, Bangalore, is recruiting for a seasoned Interior Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in interior sales, specifically in residential or turnkey interior design projects. This role is centered on converting client enquiries into confirmed projects and fostering robust client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming leads and client inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and initiate discussions.
- Draft initial quotations, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), mood boards, and presentation materials.
- Collaborate closely with the design team to develop comprehensive proposals.
- Maintain consistent follow-up communication and nurture client relationships.
- Respond to client questions and assist them through decision-making stages.
- Conduct site visits when necessary to support project closure.
- Keep accurate records of leads, quotations, and basic sales accounts.
- Negotiate deals professionally to secure interior projects.
- Meet targets by closing 2 to 3 projects monthly.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior sales, mandatory.
- Proven track record in residential interior design sales or turnkey project sales.
- Sound knowledge of interior materials, pricing structures, BOQs, and execution processes.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Kannada and English; proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
- Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations confidently.
- Competent with basic computer tools including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software.
- Self-driven, organized, and motivated by targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project site visits.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from 30,000 to 75,000 INR.
- Attractive commission schemes linked to performance.
