Position Overview
We are seeking an Interior Design Sales Manager to lead and oversee the branch sales team with the goal of meeting revenue and growth objectives. This role requires devising and implementing strategic sales plans that align with the company's vision and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team at the branch to consistently achieve sales targets and company growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to organizational goals.
- Drive business growth by acquiring new clients, forming partnerships, and leveraging networking opportunities.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and important clients to enhance business opportunities.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Educational background including B.Arch in Landscape Architecture, Interior Architecture, Bachelor of Science in Interior Design, Diploma in Interior Design, or a degree in Management such as B.B.A. or B.M.S.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Language proficiency: English mandatory; Marathi and Hindi optional especially relevant for Mumbai locations.

This position is based in Pune, India and is focused on sales within the interior design sector. Candidates located in Mumbai may also consider roles focused on interior design sales or related landscape architecture positions in Pune.
