Design Built Studio is seeking a dedicated Interior Design Sales Executive passionate about interior design and adept at driving sales through excellent client engagement. The role is based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, and involves direct client interaction to foster business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and understand the specific requirements of clients to suggest appropriate interior design and construction solutions.
• Engage with clients through consultations and convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
• Generate accurate quotations and collaborate effectively with the design team to meet client expectations.
• Maintain continuous follow-up with prospective leads and establish strong relationships with customers.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Necessary Qualifications and Skill Sets

• Proven prior experience in sales within the interior design and construction sectors is essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of interior design principles, construction materials, spatial planning, and design methodologies.
• Strong abilities in communication, negotiation, and delivering persuasive presentations.
• Capability to clearly interpret customer needs to offer customized design solutions.
• Fluency in both English and Tamil languages for effective communication.
