Role Overview
We are hiring an Interior Design Sales Consultant to support our Qatar operations. This role combines sales expertise with the ability to understand client preferences and translate them into persuasive interior design proposals.
What You Will Do
- Engage directly with clients and build strong relationships through the sales cycle.
- Identify customer needs and turn them into clear, attractive design concepts.
- Prepare professional mood boards that reflect each client’s style and requirements.
- Create 3D design visuals and present ideas in a clear, confident manner.
- Develop BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and prepare initial project pricing.
- Follow up with clients from the first meeting through final presentation and deal closure.
- Work toward monthly sales targets and convert leads into confirmed sales.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of sales experience in Qatar, ideally in furniture, interior design, or project-based sales.
- Proven ability to communicate with clients effectively and manage the full sales process.
- Experience handling client follow-ups with persistence and professionalism.
- Capability to work under pressure and maintain focus on closing deals.
- Strong presentation skills with a polished, organized, and persuasive approach.
- Arabic fluency is mandatory; English proficiency is preferred.
- A valid Qatar driving license is required.
Working Hours
This position follows a split shift schedule: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
