About the Role
Bima Palace IMF Private Limited is seeking dedicated Insurance Sales Executives to join their team based in Noida, Delhi-NCR. The ideal candidates will be responsible for outbound calling to potential customers to promote and sell various insurance products, clearly explaining coverage options and addressing customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to market insurance offerings.
- Communicate insurance plans effectively and handle customer questions.
- Consistently meet or exceed predefined sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
- Adhere strictly to company scripts and comply with regulatory and company policies.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum educational qualification: Completion of 12th grade.
- Proficient communication skills in Hindi and English languages.
- Prior experience in telesales or insurance domains is advantageous, though fresh graduates may also apply.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹25,000.
- Average monthly incentives around ₹5,000 based on performance.
