About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Installations Coordinator to join a dynamic and expanding company specializing in engineering and installations based in Mayo or Sligo, Ireland. This permanent full-time position offers a significant opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual passionate about project coordination, customer engagement, and efficient installation management from quotation stage through to completion.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage installation projects from order confirmation through to successful completion.
- Generate and issue quotations, following up with clients to secure necessary approvals.
- Serve as the primary liaison with customers for project communication and updates.
- Maintain comprehensive project records utilizing CRM or job management software.
- Coordinate schedules for engineers and prepare detailed job sheets.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse and suppliers to guarantee material availability for upcoming installations.
- Organize logistics including travel, accommodation, and equipment hire when needed.
- Monitor project timelines, progress, and budget adherence closely.
- Assist in weekly project planning meetings by providing status updates on ongoing installations.
- Ensure accurate maintenance and filing of all project documentation.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in roles such as Coordinator, Project Administrator, Operations Administrator, or Project Support.
- Background in engineering, construction, facilities management, manufacturing, or similar technical sectors is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills coupled with excellent customer service orientation.
- Familiarity with CRM or job management software preferred; training will be provided.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Commercially astute with keen attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently while managing multiple active projects simultaneously.
