Role Summary
The Inspector Advocate acts as the central liaison for inspectors within Land Gorilla's vendor network, focusing on providing consistent support, addressing their concerns, and empowering them to excel. This role involves attentive grievance handling, tracking repeated challenges, cross-department collaboration for resolutions, and proactive assistance with proprietary software adoption to foster strong, productive relationships that minimize attrition.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead contact addressing inspector inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Document grievances thoroughly and analyze recurring issues related to processes, regions, or clients, escalating systemic problems to leadership.
- Manage the full resolution lifecycle by coordinating with Operations, Recruiting, Client Success, and other teams.
- Ensure follow-up with inspectors to verify their satisfaction beyond issue closure.
- Initiate outreach, particularly to new inspectors, offering training and walkthroughs on company software and workflows.
- Identify and intervene early with inspectors who display disengagement or frustration risk.
- Maintain comprehensive records of interactions, challenges, and solutions using company systems.
- Provide actionable feedback to leadership on trends impacting inspector satisfaction and retention.
- Support positive, professional relationships between Land Gorilla and its inspector network while adhering to company protocols and service standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Background in customer success, account management, vendor relations, or comparable relationship-oriented support roles.
- Highly developed active listening abilities and sincere empathy, especially when managing complaints without defensiveness.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to ensure issues are resolved thoroughly.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail, capable of handling multiple ongoing issues simultaneously.
- Composure and patience under pressure, particularly with frustrated stakeholders.
- Comfortable with technology and skilled at guiding others through software use; experience in training or walkthroughs advantageous.
- Self-driven with the capacity to operate independently and collaborate across teams.

The position may require undertaking further responsibilities as necessary to promote Land Gorilla’s continuous service expansion and success.

- Hourly pay between $24 and $28 for full-time employment.
