Information Management Executive

About the Role

The Internal Security Department (ISD) has safeguarded Singapore's internal security for over 75 years, addressing threats such as foreign subversion, espionage, extremism, and terrorism. As an Information Management Executive, you will oversee the management of ISD's information systems and repositories, supporting accurate and strategic decision-making to uphold Singapore's safety and sovereignty.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance information management systems and repositories, ensuring authorised users have reliable access to accurate data.
• Develop and enforce strategies, policies, and controls to preserve information confidentiality and integrity within ISD's systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to apply AI, data analytics, and ICT tools to build user-focused solutions, track performance, and improve policies related to system and repository usage.
• Drive process optimisations by studying current workflows, identifying issues, and suggesting automation or AI-based improvements.

Candidate Requirements

• A degree in any field or equivalent capabilities.
• Open to candidates without prior work experience.
• Comfortable interpreting data to highlight important policy matters.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills aimed at refining processes.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and use case creation is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
• Effective interpersonal skills to engage and gain support from various stakeholders.
