Role Overview
This position is for an Inbound Sales Representative Associate focused on messaging-based customer interactions. The role sits within customer support and customer service technology, with an emphasis on resolving customer issues, handling complaints, and delivering effective outcomes within service-level timelines.

What You Will Do
You will work in the customer support function, assisting customers with queries, complaints, and escalation handling. The role also involves ensuring faults and issues are closed within SLA targets. The work is centered on platform- and software-enabled contact center operations that influence both customer experience and agent productivity.
Responsibilities
- Resolve routine customer issues using established procedures and general guidelines.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalation cases through messaging channels.
- Support the closure of faults and complaints within defined SLA timelines.
- Work closely with your immediate team and direct supervisor for day-to-day coordination.
- Follow detailed instructions for regular tasks and new assignments.
- Contribute as an individual team member within a clearly defined scope of work.
- Be prepared to work in rotational shifts if required.
