Role Overview

The IELTS Faculty position is a full-time, on-premise role located in Anand. The appointed educator will deliver comprehensive IELTS training covering Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking modules using organized lesson plans and practice resources designed according to current IELTS standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom teaching sessions effectively for all IELTS components.
• Evaluate students’ performances and offer personalized feedback and improvement plans.
• Create and periodically update instructional content and practice materials suitable for the IELTS exam.
• Organize regular mock examinations to monitor and track student progress.
• Maintain systematic records of learners’ achievements and attendance.
• Collaborate with counseling and administrative teams to optimize student outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent command over English, encompassing grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and academic writing.
• Prior experience teaching IELTS or similar English proficiency tests.
• Competency in designing lesson plans and employing diverse teaching methods to engage students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working patiently with students from various backgrounds.
• Proficient in classroom management, student assessment techniques, and delivering constructive feedback.
• A bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related disciplines; certifications in ESL or IELTS training are advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of IELTS exam structure, scoring systems, and preparation strategies.
• Comfortable with using computers and digital educational tools for teaching, assessments, and record-keeping.
• Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and learner-focused teaching approach.
• Previous work experience in international education or test preparation centers within Gujarat or similar regions is considered a plus.
