Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking an Identity Developer to contribute to the development and configuration of Identity Governance solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ. This opportunity suits individuals with early to mid-career experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) who desire practical, hands-on project delivery in an agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure core SailPoint IdentityIQ modules such as access requests, access certification, and user lifecycle management.
- Develop and maintain custom IdentityIQ rules and workflows at a beginner to intermediate level, supported by senior guidance.
- Assist in application onboarding activities including setting up connectors and mapping attributes.
- Support provisioning, reconciliation processes, and integration testing.
- Conduct unit testing and help resolve defects.
- Keep configuration documentation and project records up to date.
- Engage actively in sprint planning sessions and other agile rituals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Between 2 to 4 years of experience in IAM, security engineering, or related technical roles.
- At least 1 to 2 years’ experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ or comparable IAM tools.
- Basic development or scripting skills.
- Knowledge of identity lifecycle management and access governance principles.
- Availability and willingness to work onsite full-time (5 days per week).
Additional Requirements
This role requires Australian citizenship and the possession of an active security clearance (Baseline, NV1, or higher) given the secure nature of the work.
