Role overview

We’re looking for energetic team players who are keen to work collaboratively and are open to learning new skills.

About the role

As a member of the crew, you’ll work side by side with the shift manager and the wider team to help keep the restaurant running smoothly each day. You’ll be part of the customer journey across several areas of the restaurant, including the front counter, drive-thru, and burger preparation area.

Key duties

• Deliver friendly, high-quality customer service.
• Prepare and cook menu items.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Keep equipment, fixtures, and restaurant spaces clean.
• Handle cash and complete balancing tasks accurately.
• Support the team to keep customer traffic moving efficiently.
