Human Resources Specialist

Role overview

Noor Staffing Group is expanding its HR function and is looking for a Human Resources Specialist to support a wide range of day-to-day people operations. This onsite position is based in New York, NY and offers a salary range of 75,000 to 85,000 per year, along with benefits and paid time off.

What you will handle

• Support employee relations investigations under the guidance of the HR Manager.
• Draft clear, neutral, fact-based summaries and employee statements.
• Help manage leave administration, including medical leave, maternity leave, and other legally protected leave types.
• Respond to questions related to leave processes and status.
• Keep compliance training records up to date and prepare weekly training reports.
• Assist with benefits administration.
• Support 401(k) enrollment and related administrative tasks.

Compensation and benefits

This role is compensated in the 75,000 to 85,000 annual range. In addition to pay, the package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, PTO, and 401(k) benefits.
