Overview
This role involves comprehensive human resources support within the Department of Finance based in Abu Dhabi. The specialist will be responsible for facilitating recruitment processes, managing employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate HR records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Duties
- Assist with recruitment efforts including organizing interviews and liaising with hiring authorities.
- Oversee processes related to employee onboarding and separation.
- Keep employee records and HR documentation precise and up-to-date.
- Address employee questions regarding HR matters.
- Support the payroll function by managing updates to employee information.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and labor regulations.
- Compile HR-related reports and administer HR information systems.
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
- Have at least four years of experience working in human resources.
- Experienced in using HRIS platforms such as Oracle Fusion, SAP, Workday, or Darwinbox.
