Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned International HR Operations Manager to lead and supervise HR functions across our global offices. This position demands ensuring that all HR policies, employment contracts, systems, and workforce activities adhere strictly to local labor legislation while aligning with the Group’s overarching strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Approve and manage international HR operational budgets in partnership with Finance.
  • Serve as a consultant to international managers and staff on HR policies, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and labor laws.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong capability in preparing and interpreting HR financial and operational metrics.
  • Experience administrating HR budgets and evaluating cost and performance metrics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite alongside HR software platforms.
  • Excellent communication, advisory, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
