Role Overview
We seek a Human Resources Coordinator to join on a nine-month contract in Cork, Ireland. This role involves a practical approach to managing HR tasks and supporting key processes within the HR function.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for employee inquiries related to HR, providing prompt and precise assistance
- Coordinate onboarding procedures to facilitate a seamless and positive induction for new employees
- Oversee employee lifecycle events such as transfers within the company, promotions, and exit processes
- Maintain and update HR systems and employee records accurately, ensuring data consistency and integrity
- Assist in drafting contracts and issuing essential employment documents
- Support HR data reporting and audit activities by ensuring quality data maintenance
- Collaborate with internal parties to ensure efficient delivery of HR services and processes
Candidate Requirements
- Degree qualification in Human Resources Management or an equivalent field
- Excellent organizational capabilities
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
Additional Information
The contract duration is nine months, based onsite in Cork. Salary offered is up to 42000 euros annually.
