Role Overview
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic advisor to store leadership across multiple locations. This role involves enhancing associate engagement, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing talent development, and fostering a positive workplace culture to support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with store leaders to deliver strategic HR guidance aligned with business objectives.
- Coach leadership on employee relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead investigations into employee relations issues and recommend solutions consistent with policies and laws.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding leadership positions.
- Drive initiatives to improve associate engagement, retention, succession planning, and career growth.
- Conduct Store Walks focused on HR talent planning and engagement.
- Ensure company-wide compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
- Provide training and coaching on leadership development, HR programs, performance management, and compliance.
- Build productive partnerships across operations and support teams to enhance organizational performance and employee experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an HR Generalist or Business Partner.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR practices.
- Experience managing workplace investigations and addressing complex employee relations issues.
- Proven ability to influence and build trust with leaders at all organizational levels.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple demands in a fast-paced and multi-location environment.
- SHRM certification is advantageous.
- Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are considered a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly between sites (50–75% travel anticipated).

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $96,200 to $107,100.
