Role overview

Bank of China Limited Singapore Branch is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to work closely with business leaders and turn operational priorities into people strategies that support performance and growth.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with leadership teams to understand business goals and shape HR plans and initiatives that match them.
  • Advise on organisation structure, manpower planning, and change-related efforts.
  • Serve as a dependable point of contact for both employees and managers, helping to strengthen workplace relationships.
  • Coach managers on handling performance matters and building development plans.
  • Use HR data and reporting to generate insights that support decisions.
