Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner plays a critical role in advising, coaching, and collaborating with line managers to align HR practices with the organization's overall strategy and vision, thereby contributing to the success of HEINEKEN BSI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and influence business strategy within the HR domain to align with company vision.
  • Serve as a trusted HR Business Partner supporting people managers and employees with professional guidance and efficient solutions.
  • Assist managers and leaders on strategic HR topics including organization design, resource planning, performance and talent management, as well as reward and recognition initiatives.
  • Help define talent pipelines and succession planning to ensure continuous identification, development, and nurturing of internal talent.
  • Coach leadership on effective people management skills, challenge their thinking, and act as an advisor.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement the Employee Engagement strategy, driving high engagement through climate surveys, ongoing communication, and action plans.
  • Support employees and managers during cultural or business transformations.
  • Lead HR projects aligned with current business needs.
  • Implement global HR policies, systems, and procedures, ensuring consistent application.
  • Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by the line manager within the scope of responsibilities.

Reporting and Contacts

Reports to the Head of People Business Partnering; interacts with HBSI Leadership Team, leaders and employees at all levels, Global HR, and OpCo HR Management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in a large international organization, ideally within global companies, GCC markets, technology, consulting, or fast-paced matrixed environments.
  • Proven experience in supporting managers with people development, succession planning, and project management.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to navigate between operational HR support and strategic dialogue.
  • Minimum 3–4 years experience within Centres of Excellence (CoE) such as Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, or Talent Management, understanding core processes beyond just outputs.

Language Requirements

Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
