Job Purpose
This role supports regional human capital operations by handling data entry, data gathering, and report preparation. The objective is to back talent acquisition, talent management, and HC service delivery in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out assigned work in line with approved policies, procedures, instructions, and operating standards.
- Look for ways to improve systems, working methods, cost efficiency, and overall productivity.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, standards, and internal requirements, including HC, HSSE, Risk, Cybersecurity, and related functions.
- Raise issues promptly and follow through until cases are resolved efficiently.
- Coordinate tasks and apply policies, processes, forms, tools, and procedures effectively.
- Gather regional hiring data and help prepare requirement reports for management decisions.
- Assist with internal and external recruitment activities and coordinate with recruitment agencies and platforms when required.
- Collect information and support the preparation of job offers so that selected candidates receive clear role and requirement details.
- Help run onboarding and induction sessions for new employees, covering culture, values, leadership, location, policies, and procedures.
- Collect new joiner documents and support onboarding formalities such as system registration, security clearance, office setup, IT access, and equipment allocation.
- Support performance review processes by initiating appraisals, collecting results, consolidating data, and preparing accurate summary analysis.
- Assist with compensation and benefits administration to support fairness and equity in employee rewards.
- Contribute to training needs assessment and help prepare regional training plans and budgets in line with policies and regulations.
- Support payroll processing, benefits transactions, and timely system updates for all related employee transactions.
- Maintain and update regional employee records in the HCIS.
- Handle employee relations matters and coordinate employee services such as contract renewals, leave tracking, health insurance, and grievance handling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline.
- Between 0 and 2 years of relevant experience.
Additional Information
This is a contract position based onsite in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. The role centers on supporting regional HC operations and administrative processes across recruitment, onboarding, performance, payroll, employee relations, and data management.
