Human Resource Recruiter (Fresher)

About the Role

Pama Network Pvt Ltd is looking to hire passionate female freshers for the position of HR Recruiter at their Ambattur, Chennai office. This role is ideal for candidates with up to six months of HR internship exposure and practical familiarity with recruitment portals, especially Naukri.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential candidates using Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
• Assess resumes and carry out preliminary HR interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Arrange interviews and consistently engage with candidates for timely follow-ups.
• Maintain comprehensive records and an updated candidate database.
• Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduates from any discipline are eligible; preference is given to MBA in HR.
• Experience of 0 to 6 months in an HR internship or related role.
• Hands-on knowledge of the Naukri recruitment portal is advantageous.
• Strong communication abilities coupled with proficiency in MS Office tools.

Additional Details

Walk-in interviews will be conducted from 21st to 24th July 2026, between 10:30 AM and 5:30 PM at Pama Network’s Ambattur office in Chennai. Female candidates with immediate availability are prioritized for joining.
