Role Overview
As a Human Resource Manager at NCR Concrete Pvt Ltd in Greater Noida, you will lead key HR functions including recruitment, workforce planning, compliance with labor regulations, payroll, and day-to-day HR operations. This position demands collaboration with leadership to support organizational growth and employee wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Partner with business heads to strategize and implement workforce planning and staff development initiatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies to maintain compliance.
- Manage payroll processing and HR operational tasks efficiently.
