Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes to source and onboard qualified candidates.
• Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet organizational staffing needs.
• Manage employee relations and ensure smooth HR operations within the company.
• Drive performance management initiatives to optimize employee productivity.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, compliance, and statutory regulations relevant to the industry.
• Foster employee engagement and develop retention programs to maintain a motivated workforce.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with backgrounds in Manufacturing, Engineering, or the Industrial Sector will be given preference.
