About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This role requires a professional with 5 to 7 years of HR experience who will align HR strategies with organizational objectives, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal HR policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement HR business partnering strategies that support company goals and provide advisory support to business leadership.
- Manage workforce planning, headcount control, budgeting, employee life cycle movements, performance management, team development, and optimization of workforce resources.
- Supervise the entire outsourced workforce life cycle including recruitment, onboarding, contract administration, attendance tracking, invoicing, vendor performance monitoring, SLA adherence, and contractual compliance.
- Address employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinary actions, HR enquiries, recruitment escalations, and interpreting policies to ensure fair and compliant practices.
- Drive Emiratization efforts by setting and monitoring nationalization goals, utilizing Nafis programs, preparing compliance reports, and ensuring conformity with MOHRE regulations.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and MIS reports covering headcount, workforce utilization, employee movements, outsourced personnel, Emiratization progress, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Rewards, Learning & Development, HR Operations teams, business units, and external vendors to provide integrated HR solutions, streamline processes, and enhance the employee experience.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial or Organizational Psychology.
- Professional certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or an equivalent credential.
- Between 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in HR business partnering and strategic HR roles.
