Overview
The Hub Manager is responsible for efficiently managing daily operational activities at the hub to ensure smooth shipment processing and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure proper opening and closing of the hub as per established operational protocols.
- Supervise the executive team in managing shipment flows.
- Plan daily activities in accordance with delivery schedules.
- Train and keep team members informed about operational standards.
- Sort shipments based on designated routes.
- Prepare run sheets and pickup sheets, assigning tasks to executives daily.
- Compile reports, monitor communications, and respond to emails promptly.
- Directly execute hub-related tasks when necessary.
- Maintain petty cash handling with accuracy.
- Support shipment deliveries and pickups as operational demands require.
- Recruit manpower aligned with operational needs.

- Efficient management of hub operations.
Educational Qualifications
Suitable candidates will hold at least any graduate degree or postgraduate qualification.
