This role encompasses oversight of daily HR functions, recruitment support, resolution of employee inquiries, and upkeep of precise personnel records. You will also contribute to the rollout of HR programs that support a constructive workplace culture aligned with company values.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding processes including orientation and training for new employees.
• Facilitate performance management cycles, assisting with goal setting and gathering feedback.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Engage in initiatives aimed at boosting employee morale and fostering a positive organizational environment.
• Produce comprehensive reports detailing various HR metrics and analyses.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• In-depth knowledge of fundamental HR theories and operational practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication coupled with excellent interpersonal capabilities.
• Competence with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with HR management software and applicant tracking systems.
