Role Overview
We are seeking an HR Executive to join our team on a full-time basis in Ludhiana, Punjab. This position involves managing a broad range of human resource activities to support the organization's staffing and employee engagement requirements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to screening and selection.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive employee records and necessary HR documentation.
- Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and employee onboarding processes.
- Advertise job vacancies across various recruitment platforms and social media channels.
- Manage joining procedures and facilitate new employee orientations.
- Assist with payroll functions, employee engagement initiatives, and overall HR operations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of an MBA or Master's degree specializing in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- At least one year of relevant experience in the HR domain.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader MS Office suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work well under pressure in a dynamic setting.
Compensation
The monthly salary ranges between 15000 and 30000 INR.
