Role Overview
We are excited to offer a full-time Human Resource Coordinator role based at our Ballymount Head Office in Dublin. Reporting directly to the HR Operations Lead, this role involves managing and ensuring HR processes comply with best practices and legal standards across Ireland and Europe.
Key Duties
- Talent Acquisition: Creating and issuing accurate employee contracts, preparing new hire onboarding materials, assisting with job postings and sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating Work Permit applications and relocation when necessary.
- Employee Records Management: Maintaining and updating confidential employee records and HR databases with precision, managing statutory leave data and reports, ensuring strict adherence to data protection laws.
- Employee Relations: Serving as a liaison for employee queries, managing the HR mailbox for timely responses, analyzing query trends to recommend improvements, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and coordinating resignation processes including exit interviews and equipment return.
- Training and Development: Organizing training sessions, keeping attendance records, reporting feedback, and supporting the creation of training materials.
- HR Team Support: Upholding data accuracy for HR reports and presentations, assisting payroll and benefits administration, tracking and managing absences, contributing to continuous improvement projects, and supporting health and wellbeing strategies such as the Employee Assistance Programme.
Required Skills and Experience
- Relevant degree with a minimum of two years of HR experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively within a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information responsibly.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills enabling engagement at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency with HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work proactively within a collaborative team setting.
