HR Advisor/Consultant

Overview

Atrium EMEA seeks a skilled HR Advisor/Consultant to be a part of their HR team supporting multiple offices across the UK, Ireland, Guernsey, Continental Europe, Middle East, and Nordics. This role works in close collaboration with global HR and Talent Acquisition units to implement a unified people strategy alongside delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. The recruitment function covers the EMEA region and involves partnering with leadership to identify and attract quality talent.

This position involves working onsite in Limerick three days per week and remotely for two days. Employment options available include PAYE, umbrella, or Irish Limited company set-ups.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Handle a broad range of recruitment activities, from high-volume hiring to specialist and senior roles.
• Develop and execute varied sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing and management of recruitment agencies.
• Exhibit strong consulting and stakeholder engagement skills to align recruitment with business goals.
• Quickly establish trust and influence among candidates and managers to foster productive relationships.
• Conduct competency-based interviews assessing both technical skills and behavioral fit of candidates.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively while ensuring stringent data accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to the process.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of employment law and best practices in recruitment.
• Bring recent recruitment experience ideally from an in-house talent acquisition team.
• Experience recruiting in financial or professional services is a plus but not mandatory.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills, emphasizing a customer-focused and collaborative mindset with dedication to inclusive, equitable hiring.
