What you will do

• Bring guest amenities, linen, and housekeeping supplies to the assigned floors and areas.
• Respond quickly to guest requests while keeping service quality high.
• Help prepare, restock, and organize housekeeping trolleys and supplies.
• Move linen, guest laundry, and other housekeeping items as needed.
• Keep storage rooms and service corridors clean and orderly.
• Escalate maintenance concerns, lost-and-found items, and guest issues to the supervisor.
• Work in line with hotel procedures, hygiene standards, and health and safety rules.
• Offer courteous, professional support to guests and colleagues.

What we are looking for

• Prior exposure to housekeeping or the wider hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Clear communication skills and a constructive, service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates.
• Careful attention to detail and a willingness to support day-to-day operations.
• Comfort working in a busy luxury hospitality environment.
