Position Overview
The Housekeeping & Laundry Assistant role plays a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and comfort of the facility in compliance with Trilogy quality standards and all applicable federal and state regulations.
Key Duties
- Keep resident rooms, bathrooms, common spaces, offices, and employee areas clean, safe, and comfortable for everyone.
- Execute daily cleaning tasks, thorough cleaning for resident move-ins and move-outs, and isolation cleaning procedures following infection control protocols.
- Ensure all work and assigned areas, including equipment and supplies, are cleaned and organized at all times, including before breaks, meals, and at shift end.
- Carry out laundry responsibilities such as washing, drying, delivering, and storing resident laundry and linens, properly labeling items, and maintaining equipment according to operational standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.

Additional Information
This position is based at Amber Manor Care Center in Petersburg, Indiana.
Employment is contingent on passing a criminal background check as required by state laws in WI, IN, OH, MI, and KY.
