About the role
Meliá Hotels International is looking for immediate support for its housekeeping team at INNSiDE Leipzig. The position is aimed at people starting out in their careers, career changers, and candidates with prior experience in housekeeping or room cleaning at hotels.

Key responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and order in public hotel areas such as the restaurant, bar, main entrance, underground parking, elevators, and event rooms.
- Clean corridors on guest floors and stairwells on a regular basis.
- Ensure guest restrooms and the restaurant/bar remain clean during events.
- Report missing cleaning supplies or low stock levels in a timely manner.
- Distribute clean linen across all floors.
- Collect soiled linen and ensure it is picked up by the laundry service.
- Clean guest rooms, including during room changes and late check-outs.
- Act as a point of contact for guests.
Candidate profile
- Some experience in hospitality or room cleaning is an advantage.
- Strong sense of order and cleanliness.
- Ability to work well in a team.

- Service-oriented attitude and hospitality mindset.
- Good organizational skills.
- Polite and professional manner.

Compensation
The annual gross salary ranges from €31,980 to €35,184 depending on qualifications.
