Housekeeping Attendant

About the Role

As a Housekeeping Attendant at EDITION Hotels, you play a vital role in enriching the guest experience beyond just delivering a clean room and fresh linens. You will be responsible for maintaining the hotel’s cleanliness and overall appearance to ensure a memorable and unique ambiance for every guest. Your duties include responding to guest requests, replenishing supply carts, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, and other related tasks necessary to uphold the high standards of the hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and hotel public spaces.
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest requests.
• Stock and organize housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure and professional work environment.
• Maintain a professional image including uniform, personal grooming, and communication standards.
• Engage physically in the role by standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Physical fitness to perform duties involving extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking, and moving moderate weights.
