Role Overview
Join the hotel team and help create a welcoming stay through careful room upkeep and attentive service. In this role, your focus on detail, cleanliness, and guest care will contribute directly to a positive hospitality experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Clean assigned guest rooms thoroughly, including bed-making, bathroom cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and deeper cleaning when required.
- Restock room supplies such as fresh linens, towels, and guest amenities.
- Keep the housekeeping cart organized, supplied, and moved around the property as needed.
- Handle guest requests quickly and with a polite, service-oriented approach.
- Remove waste and recyclables and place them in the correct disposal areas.
