Hotel SPA Manager

Overview

Meghavi Wellness is looking for a motivated and professional Spa Manager to lead and manage their luxury spa outlets in Bengaluru. This role involves supervising daily spa activities, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and upholding the brand's commitment to high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional welcome and service to all guests from arrival to departure.
• Promptly resolve any guest complaints or concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain consistent, personalized, and high-quality service to uphold guest satisfaction.
• Promote spa packages, treatments, and retail products to boost revenue.
• Manage daily spa operations, including scheduling and service flow.
• Keep detailed records of appointments, staff rosters, and inventory levels.
• Ensure spa cleanliness and organization, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Oversee maintenance and stocking of spa equipment and products, placing orders as required.
• Ensure correct usage of products and adherence to best safety and wellness practices.
• Monitor and optimize operational costs to maximize profitability without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with management to design new services, packages, and promotions for increased revenue.
• Coordinate with hotel front desk and guest services for seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
• Work with housekeeping to maintain spa facility upkeep.
• Partner with the marketing team to advertise spa offerings through various channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: Any graduate or intermediate qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience managing spa operations.
