Job Summary

The housekeeping department seeks an additional member to join the team. Given that the hotel operates around the clock, candidates should be available to work weekends and night shifts. Previous housekeeping experience is desirable. The housekeeping team plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and smooth operations to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of corridors, lobbies, stairways, elevators, and guest rooms.
• Planning daily tasks based on room status including arrivals and departures.
• Distributing linens, towels, and room essentials by hand or with wheeled carts.
• Restocking guest room supplies such as drinking glasses, soaps, shampoos, and writing materials.
• Replacing soiled linens with clean ones and inspecting or turning mattresses regularly.
• Properly handling and storing dirty laundry in accordance with company guidelines.

Required Knowledge and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Familiarity with cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and equipment operation.
• Understanding of care for sensitive materials during cleaning processes.
• Physical capabilities to reach, kneel, bend, and lift or move loads typically up to 30 pounds.
