Hotel Cleanliness Expert

Position Overview

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert role is pivotal in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for guests, extending beyond just maintaining room cleanliness. This professional handles a variety of housekeeping duties ensuring the entire hotel's appearance and hygiene meet high standards. This includes responding to guest needs, replenishing supplies, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, and generally ensuring that the hotel environment supports an outstanding guest stay.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves being mobile within the hotel environment to perform assigned tasks efficiently. It encompasses standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and requires the ability to manually handle items weighing up to 50 pounds independently. Adherence to safety protocols, company policies, confidentiality, quality benchmarks, and maintaining a professional image in uniform and communication are critical success factors.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should have at least a high school diploma or G.E.D equivalent along with some prior experience in housekeeping, laundry, or public area maintenance.
