Role overview
As a Cleanliness Expert at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, you will help create a memorable guest experience by keeping the hotel spotless, well-presented, and ready to welcome guests. This role covers a broad mix of housekeeping duties across guest rooms and public areas, with a strong focus on service quality and attention to detail.
Key duties
- Support guests by responding to housekeeping-related requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Restock housekeeping carts and ensure supplies are ready for daily operations.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces throughout the hotel.
- Carry out other similar housekeeping tasks needed to keep the property clean and orderly.
- Work independently within your area of responsibility and take initiative when tasks need to be completed.
Work expectations
This position requires long periods of standing, walking, and being active throughout the shift. The job also involves physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 50 lb (22.7 kg) without assistance. You are expected to complete assigned duties carefully and professionally, along with any other reasonable tasks given to you.
