Hotel Cleanliness Expert

Role overview

As a Guest Environment Expert, your work goes beyond making beds or cleaning rooms. The role is focused on helping create a memorable guest experience by keeping the hotel looking clean, orderly, and welcoming at all times.

What you will do

• Handle guest requests as needed and support the smooth flow of daily housekeeping work.
• Restock and organize housekeeping carts and supplies.
• Clean guest rooms and shared areas throughout the hotel.
• Take on other housekeeping duties that help maintain the property and support guests.
• Ensure the hotel spaces remain presentable and comfortable for guests at all times.

Core working expectations

• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company rules, procedures, and quality standards.
• Protect confidentiality and communicate in a professional manner.
• Keep personal appearance and uniform standards polished and professional.
• Be active throughout the shift, including standing, sitting, and walking for long periods.
• Be able to move, lift, carry, push, or position items under 50 pounds without assistance.
• Complete assigned duties reliably and perform other reasonable tasks when requested.
