Job Description
Position located at the Louis Fitzgerald Group Head Office in Palmerstown, Dublin.
We are looking for a seasoned Hospitality Efficiency Manager to assist our bars and restaurants in handling daily operational costs while ensuring the maintenance of exemplary customer service standards.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with robust managerial experience in bar, restaurant, or broader hospitality sectors, who possess an in-depth understanding of the actual costs involved in managing busy venues. This includes labour and rostering, stock management, overheads, profit margins, waste handling, utilities, and general operating expenditures.
Compensation can be up to €80,000 annually for the right individual.
Role Overview
The successful applicant will collaborate extensively with venue managers and senior leadership teams to analyze business operations, pinpoint cost control opportunities, and support actionable improvements that have tangible impacts. This role requires a hands-on hospitality understanding—from floor operations to balancing cost efficiency alongside superior customer satisfaction.
