Role overview
Urban Grounds & Gardens is looking for an energetic, practical apprentice to join its parks and gardens team in Sydney. This is a chance to build hands-on skills outdoors while being supported by a workplace that invests in training and long-term growth.
The business is a busy landscape maintenance provider with a growing commercial maintenance division. With more work coming through and 2026 expected to be a major growth year, the team is seeking someone who wants to start or develop a career in horticulture.
