About the Role

We are seeking a Home Loan Executive to join LICHFL Financial Services Limited, based in Indira Nagar, Bengaluru. This full-time field position involves engaging with clients to facilitate home loan processes and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue potential home loan leads from diverse sources.
• Guide clients through the loan application process including documentation and eligibility verification.
• Collaborate with property developers, agents, and customers to ensure smooth loan disbursement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Meet monthly loan sales targets and offer post-sale customer support.
• Stay informed about lending policies, products, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in home loan sales.
• Graduate educational qualification.
• Proficiency in basic English, Hindi, and Kannada languages.
• Age between 25 and 40 years.
• Capability in customer relationship management and field sales documentation.
• Target-driven and result-oriented approach.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary range is ₹15,000 to ₹75,000, composed of a fixed component between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000 plus performance-based incentives up to ₹50,000.
• Benefits include Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and health insurance coverage.

• This role requires on-field work with no option for remote work.
