About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safe procedures when loading the delivery van, including heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Adhere strictly to safe driving practices and complete necessary vehicle checks.
• Ensure delivered food products reach customers in pristine condition.
• Offer outstanding customer service representing the brand directly to customers.
• Assist with store duties during downtime when required.
• Manage your time effectively and work independently.
• Be flexible to work shifts between 6am and 11pm as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Maintain a positive, friendly demeanor and passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Be punctual and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Have a strong understanding and awareness of road safety regulations.
