About the Role

Iceland Foods, recognized as one of the Best Big Companies to Work For, is seeking motivated individuals to join as Home Delivery Drivers at our Poole location. This position involves active, independent work with direct customer engagement, representing our commitment to excellent service and team care.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safe van loading procedures, including heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Always follow safe driving practices and perform pre-trip van checks to ensure safety and reliability.
• Deliver food items to customers ensuring products arrive in optimal condition.
• Provide friendly and high-quality customer service during deliveries.
• Assist with in-store duties when necessary.
• Work independently while effectively managing your schedule and time.
• Be flexible to cover varied shift patterns between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for a minimum of 3 years with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, friendliness, and a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Be punctual and able to meet deadlines consistently.
• Show strong awareness and commitment to road safety standards.
